Requirements
- Menu Development: Refine and execute a menu that reflects Nancy’s identity while streamlining operations for high-volume service.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a seasonal kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee all kitchen activities, including food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining quality standards.
- Cost Management: Control food and labor costs through effective inventory control and scheduling.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all kitchen operations meet local health and safety regulations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management to implement strategies that increase efficiency and maximize guest satisfaction.
